Save Time. Reduce Costs.

Through Elemmir’s in-depth case study interviews directed remotely, B2B SaaS companies gain powerful assets on tight timelines to deliver on important KPIs.

Step 1: Onboarding

We have an onboarding process to start our relationship with your company. We ask questions about your company’s strategy and storytelling approach. This is the beginning of a relationship as we move into production. Everyone on our creative team reviews the onboarding. We also have an annual onboarding call with your team to make sure our information is always up-to-date.

Step 2: Kickoff

Every video has a kickoff call. We ask your team to fill out a form, then a documentary filmmaker walks you through a strategy session to align on all the specifics of the video. We will discuss themes, story arcs, music, etc. Each video is highly customizable. The goal of this call is to give the Elemmir filmmaker everything they need to move into production.

Step 3: Production

There are two possible ways to do remote production. The first is our remote model: we ship webcams and mics. The Elemmir filmmaker then conducts a remote interview. The second way is the hybrid model: we source a filmmaker through Elemmir’s global network who lives near the shoot, and they set up the interview. The Elemmir filmmaker then directs the interview remotely via an iPad.

Step 4: B-roll

All of the videos feature b-roll, which is the footage that sits on top of the interview shots to enhance the story. There are many ways to gather broll remotely: we will work with your customer to use iphones to record broll; we will film broll on-site for in-person videos; we will screen record software; we will build visual effects and graphics, and as a last resort we can use stock imagery. Put simply, we do everything in our power to gather imagery that enhances the video.

Step 5: Post-Production

Two weeks following the interview, your team receives a rough edit. Our team has partnerships with major stock sites for imagery, VFX, GFX, etc. There are two rounds of feedback, and then you get a final video delivered!

What do we need from you?

The number one most important thing is that you find a willing interviewee to be featured in the interview! From there onwards, we take the reins and simply need you to take part in our process.
